No sure what PB card is but the FAQ lists what is required.

Hi,

Thanks for your replay and sorry for my mistake it is biometric residence permit card.

My question again:

I'm about to apply on MN1 for my daughter (born in UK age 6 years), her current visa (Tier 2) expired last September. She has her own non-UK passport and biometric residence permit card, I will apply for her under section 1(3) as i got my ILR recently, I'm going to send:

1. MN1 application form
2. British birth certificate.
3. Biometric residence permit card (for her).
4. A copy of my and my wife’s Biometric residence permit card

is that enough?

Many thanks for your help.

If she has a passport, better to send that as well. You also required to send copies (or original) of one parent passport. No need to send both parents passport/BRP.

If born in the UK, yes. If born abroad, then he can apply together with you once you apply for naturalisation.
