hi guys i applied conventional travel document i was wondering if in section 4 of application form my country is included or not .my country has arrast warrant against me which i told them could u plz help me

Do you have any criminal convictions in the UK or any other country (including traffic
offences) or any civil judgments made against you?
That would seem to make it pretty clear that ANY country is included.

What makes you think it wouldn't be?

the point is i didnt convict any offence,they made case against me to arrast me which home office has already known about it. i didnt attend in any court as well.should i mention about it or not?

It really depends on the system of justice in your country.

An arrest warrant could mean you've been charged with the crime, but not been tried yet.

In either case - you answer no to 4.1 - but potentially yes to 4.2

Given UKBA know about the arrest warrant - you may find it better to say yes to 4.2 and explain than say no and be accused of fraud.

could you please advise me,what should I.do now?in 4.2 it says have you or any dependant with you ever been charged in any country with a criminal offence for which you havent been tried in court?

What countries can you travel to, visa free, if you are issued a CTD as a refugee, who has been issued the initial 5 year residence?
