Regarding the creation of 2 new employment's, Can an apprentice be regarded an employee....?

Apprentice in what way? You have to pay your full time employees at least NMW for the numbers of hours defined in the guidance.

According to https://www.gov.uk/national-minimum-wage-rates
You can also hire an employee as an apprentice and his minimum wage is 2.68

Tier 1 entrepreneur rules are a little different from normal rules, so you can't employ an apprentice and use for extension.

Its your choice if you wish to employ an apprentice, but you must still satisfy the requirement to employ a full time employee for 30hrs weekly and 2yrs or part-time and meeting the other requirement.

A full-time or part-time employee is completely different from an apprentice because they have different employment right.
The key to success is knowledge and hardwork, and to have faith.
