in spouse visa, one question ask you
' Do you intend to work in the UK?', if Yes, please give detail.

if say yes, they might think you try to compete UK job market.
if say no, they might think you try to claim government money.

what is the best answer?

The answer: the truth.
My husband put yes, he is here for settlement after all. However a woman may join her husband and be a house wife.

I think my wife is going to put 'No' in this section.
In this case, do you think in her covering letter, she should also say her intention to come here is to be a housewife too?

Spouse visa means that they give you a ticket to compete in UK job market.
