Tier 1 General dependent(Wife +Kid (born in UK)) from India

Post by jatinuk » Tue Dec 10, 2013 1:48 pm

Hi,

I have recently got my second extension till December 2015.
My Wife has got dependent visa till October 2014.
Me & my wife are in UK for last 3 years now.

We have a baby who is now 9 months old, we want to apply for his extension from India. My wife & baby are visiting India next month & we are going to apply it from there.

Q1. Will it be an issue If I had visa for next two years & my wife has for next 10 months only, considering a child should have taken care by both the parents. (That is one of the reason I am applying for mother together with Baby's extension).

Q2. List of document need to be submitted, is this fine ??
1. Covering Letter to explain baby travelling & so on.
2. Banks statement showing 90 days of fund maintenance (Joint account).
3. Employment letter for supporting income
4. Original Passport + BRP of wife.
5. Baby's Indian passport + Baby's UK Birth certificate.
6. Photos of wife & Baby
7. Photo copy of father's(Main applicant) passport & renewed BRP (Signed by father).
8. TB Certificate from local hospital in India(will provide seeing the doubt over it)
8. Proof of relationship with wife & baby (marriage certificate & family photos we have in UK)

Q3. Do I need to provide any proof of address/accommodation, if yes then is the Tenancy agreement is fine, together with NHS card of baby & mother.

Thanks in advance.
