Hi

my question is that I am eligible for indefinite leave to remain in UK in may 2016. My wife and son just got a visa for Tier 1 dependent for 2 years 6 months. Are they are eligible for indefinite at the same time with me or not.

your wife would neec to complete 5 yrs as your dep before her Ilr appli. what is your son's age?
