OCI Card application in UK

OCI Card application in UK

I am going in person for OCI card application(for my daughter) to HCI London.
It says they start giving out tokens at 8:30 and the number is limited to 175.
What time should I be there so I will get the token, I mean do I have to go before 8:30am to get the token?

By what time its usually finished?
Please help :-)

There is long que at Indian High commission London. I am not sure about token limit but if you are in que by 8:00 AM then you are likely to finish your application by the time they close.
