Tier 1 general extension

Hi,

I am planning to submit my tier 1 general extension application this month. With respect to the proof of earnings I am submitting a letter from my accountant with the breakdown of net salary and dividends .

However the dates do not match the actual dates these had been paid into my accountant. Accountant is saying these are the dates of earnings but not the actual dates paid in.

Also the dates on the payslip and personal bank statements differ but match the letter from the accountant. Dates for dividend payments match the ones in the letter and the dividend vouchers.

Please anyone could clarify this for me. Your help is much appreciated,
