Business processes are completely different from personal issues, so taking personal loans is not the same as director loan.
The best person to sign on the director loan agreement to make it legal will be a lawyer who can perform notary service of making documents legal.
In my opinion the company's accountant could sign as well because, the accountant represent the business and could act as representative on account matters.
