judical review please help

we applied for enterpreniour visa as a team. we are refused by two reasons.

no names in adverts.
no current appointment report.

i have no right of appeal. because i have still valid visa until April 2014
my friend has right of appeal he applied for appeal and got date in June 2014

my visa is going to expire before his appeal hearing date.

now i saw one barrister. she told me that you should go for a judicial review rather than to fresh application,

any one can guide me please that this the right decision...

According to my experience yes u can go for JR but it's time consuming process it will take upto 6 months to get positive result . But as u have applied as a team u will get result by that time when ur team member will get his appeal decision. But on the other hand if you are in rush apply as an individual and correct the mistakes u done on previous application
I have done my Jr in June and in November Ho carpeted their mistake
