Hi,

I have a query regarding the UK settlement process.

I came to UK in November 2010 as a ICT - Established staff for 1 year and then applied for the extension for 2 years.In nov 2013 i applied another extension for a year.

Can you please clarify on completion of 5 year with same employer/tier ICT visa would settle in ILR.

Can you please give an option available for me to stay in UK and settled for a ILR.

also can you please let me know or point to someone who can provide the suitable visa that would lead to settlement.

Since your T2 ICT leave didn't include time before 6 April 2010 unfortunately you are not eligible for ILR as a T2 ICT migrant

[switch to T2 General. As a T2G migrant you will then be eligible for ILR after 5 years on T2G

also can you please let me know or point to someone who can provide the suitable visa that would lead to settlement.

can you please advise any other route available other than T2 G, also would
this 3 year would be counted even if i switch to T2 G.

as the sponsorer are trying to exploit my condition by demanding huge money.

any sponsor who can give me T2 G visa please advise.

If a Tier 2 (ICT) migrant was issued leave as a Tier 2 (Intra-Company Transfer) migrant in the Established Staff sub-category, can it be eligible for the ILR as in Nov 2010 i came as a Tier 2 Established Staff.
