I am applying for my ILR on SET (O) in a week, I have some quires are as follows:
1. on the application form in section 6.1 what should be the date captured here is the date would my first entry in to the UK (24 OCT 2005) or my 1st HSMP date (04 DEC 2013).
2. In section 6.2 i need to mention the date in and out of the UK, if i take 5 years back form 23 DEC 2013 it is 23 DEC 2008, is it required to mention any gaps before this 5 years period.
3. in section 7.11 would this be form my date of first entry in to the UK or first HSMP.
4. i went to the US for less than 6 months form 24FEB2008 to 03AUG2008 do i need to mention this in the table under 7.11.
i would really appreciate if some could through light on this quires.
