FLR[M] Eligiblity

Post by sankarig87 » Sat Dec 14, 2013 3:10 pm

Hello,

I came to UK on May 2013 as a tier1 dependent. My husband is eligible for ILR on Feb-2014. I know i can't apply for ILR as i came only recent. What visa will I take Tier1-Dependent again? or FLR[M] or something else?

Please help me .. i tried reading the eligibility for FLR[M] but i don't understand it.

Thank you.

Is your husband eligible for ILR as a long residence applicant or pbs?

Then either a pbs dep or flr(m). However, flr(m) has a financial and English requirement and may reset the time taken to settlement.

Thank you so much Amber.

So if i apply for pbs-dep.. i don't need financial [fund maintenance] or english requirements?

Also it will be great if you can confirm is this the application i should use for pbs-dep visa. because sometimes google drives me to VAF10 forms and sometimes to this one. Not sure what to use.

Yes, no English requirement and only maintenance. See here (click) for the form.
