10 years long residency and team member application

Hi,

currently my Tier 1 Entrepreneur application with team member is under process and my 10 years going to complete on Jan 2014. I know I can apply 28 days before completing the 10 years if my tier 1 Entrepreneur application continue under process. My question is:

If I apply for my ILR how it will effect my Tier 1 Entrepreneur team member's application?

Gurus plz help.

The applicant completes 10 years continuous lawful residence while awaiting a decision on an application for further leave: (see page 25 of 67)

If the application that has generated the 3C leave has not yet been decided, the applicant
can vary the grounds of that application to include a request for leave on the basis of long
residence. If a long residence application would attract a higher fee than the initial
application, the applicant must pay the balance before the varied application can be
considered. For more information, see related links:

 05.0 - Section 3C of the Immigration Act 1971 (As Amended)
 Specified application forms.

thank for your reply but my question was not this. my question is "if I applied for ILR how it effect my Tier 1 team member application?"

your t1e appli would cease to exist, and your team member would have an invalid or messy T1E appli.

thank for your reply so what is the best thing for us coz i want to apply my ILR when it'll be due and what r the best option for my tier 1 team member.

1. can he re-apply tier 1 entrepreneur himself alone while his tier 1 entrepreneur application already pending ? or
3. can he use change of circumstances form and inform HO about changes with all third parties recommended letters from me for full access of funds? or
3. can he switch to other category like tier 4 while his tier 1 application is pending ?

or any other possible way in this situation plz ?
