2 quick questions on spouse visa

Post by tbbcuk » Sat Dec 14, 2013 12:01 am

Question 1: Apart from myself, does my wife in Hong Kong also need to supply her bank statement, payslip, employment letter etc for the spouse visa?

Question 2: Apart from my normal bank statement, I also plan to submit my cash e-ISA saving account detail as extra, but its statement only comes once every 6 months, so current one only cover April to Oct 2013, can I still use it?

1. No she doesn't
2. If you are using your employment income to meet the requirement, sending savings info is unncessary.
