UK Tier 1 Entrepreneur team after getting visa ans Plz

Hi guys,

Could anyone answer below questions please?

1) Me and my friend applied as team for UK Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa.Do me and my friend need to apply together for tier 1 entrepreneur extension? Is that compulsory?

2) My friend is suddenly not interested in IT business side, Do i need to send any letter t with change of circumstances to UKBA about current situation? we showed the 50K in our individual personal accounts?

3)I am planning arrange 50K on my own. how much time i can take to arrange money before intimate UKBA?

4) I have had already registered as Self employed, Am i eligible if I spend 50K and created 2 jobs over 3 years as self employed? or I need to register new company on my own. I am providing SOC 4 level services.

Sorry for troubling you all but i am worrying about my friend. My guess is some of Entrepreneur teams might be in the same situation ?

After getting the visa, both of you can invest 50k each separately if you don't want to be team anymore. I think you should e-mail HO after visa to ask if they should be inform if team are splitting.

You guys can still be team member and then offer another service (NQF level 4) which your team member want under the same company so that both of you can still claim investment of 50k together rather than 100k for both of you if you go solo.

You need to get your visa first after which you can then email HO to get the right information.

If you want to be self-employed, you can invest 50k and create 2 jobs on your own in this regard. Its not compulsory to open a company if you don't want to.
