3 years, yes definitely we live together time of marriage then he came in may 2013 after getting his tier 1 visa and i also attached his air tickets.

i have read dependant appeals policy on UKBA website.its true that full appeal process is taking 6 to 8 months. UKBA stated that

"ECM at the visa office will review our decision to refuse your application in light of your appeal form and any supporting documents that you have sent.if the ECM is satisfied that your application meets the immigration rules.they may overturn our original decision and issue you with a visa or entry clearance"

if the ECM does not overturn the decisin and not satisfied than my appeal will fwded for appeal process and will list my appeal for hearing.
hmm now im satisfied because my visa refusal decision will overturn by ECM and i will get visa very soooon

i will provide my phone call history.viber call log,skype and emails since before and after marriage.

If you guys have lived together for 3years before he came to UK, you can make a request for an administrative review pointing this out if your marriage certificate was initially submitted. Try to point out in your letter how they expect married couple to save communication details between them. You might be lucky to get a good response from the request.

But if you don't get a positive response you can submit a fresh application with whatever communication details you might have by then.

Meanwhile, you can submit the administrative review request while the appeal is lodged also.
