Hello,

I am here on TIER 2 ICT ST visa and it will expire on 11th Jan, 2014. It was stamped (from India) last year in Jan, 13. My husband is also on TIER 2 ICT ST visa and his visa will expire in April, 2014. It was also stamped from India

MY Query

Can I apply dependent visa without going back to India? If it is possible then please urgently let me know.

yes, you can switch from T2 ICT to PBS dependant in the UK but apply before your current leave expires.
