Tier 2 ICT: Number of days allowed to remain outside

Hi,

My wife has been initially granted a Tier 2 ICT dependent visa in March 2013 for one year. she is planning to submit an application to get this extended for further 2 years (so visa will be valid till march 2016). After getting the visa extended she want go back to India stay for one year and return to uk

1) What is maximum number of days allowed for a Tier 2 ICT dependent to stay outside UK(India) please ?

2) My Tire 2 ICT visa(main applicant) was initially granted in 2012 march. Neither me nor my wife have an option to apply for ILR/Settlement . Is the 180 days rule applicable any more for us ?
