Tier 2 Online Application Query -- Urgent Help please

I am applying as a Tier 2 migrant along with my dependants. This is an online application from within UK.

On the dependant application tab, I am confused what should be correct answer to the below :-

Does this dependant intend to stay in the UK beyond your current period of leave? (Yes/No ??)

Is this question right? Ofcourse, the dependant is with me now (during my current period of leave) & will be with me (once I get the new visa).

My understanding is that the answer should be "Yes" but wondering under what circumstances the answer could be "No".

Have you taken a look at the Tier 2 guidance notes?

the dependant's leave will expire on the same date as yours and if you are planning to stay together, be it in the UK or your home country, the answer to the question should be NO
