So what are the chances of me getting the visa after the ban period?...coz i hav searched over the net and i havent seen anyone who got the visa after the ban period ... i dont know may be they didnt updated over the net.
Its not a game of chance, if they are satisfied that you meet all the requirements and also they will take into account the reasons they banned you for. So you may or may not get the visa.
I have overstayed in UK for 5 months that to i moved to another house so i dont know that they sent me a letter abt the expiry date (untill they refused me after applying in india)and i came back to india by my expenses and recently i got married and my wife got Phd admission in UK she also completed her masters in UK and we both applied for visa from india, she as a student and me as a student dependent at the same time, but she got her visa first and granted but i got later and it is refused. They sent me a letter and mentioned by section 320(7B) and 319C(a) and banned me for 1 year. And they also said we sent you a letter about my visa expiry date and they got that letter back because no one recieved it. So i still got lessthan month till that ban expires...
Now what are my chances getting dependent visa after that ban period expires.?? and ontop of that she has to leave in dec and my ban period is till jan.... so she has to go before me .... i dont know how to sort it out ... Need your advise...
