Tier-2 ICT after April 2010 -- Extension beyond 5 yrs

Hi,

I am currently in Tier-2 ICT long term staff category. I initially entered UK by Jul 2010 and my visa was stamped by May 2010. I renewed it by May 2012.

Please help me in understanding whether I can stay in UK as Tier-2 ICT more than 5 years

Yes you can. The 5 year restriction only applies to those whose initial T2 ICT leave was under the rules after 5 April 2011 which is not your case. See the T2 policy guidance, para 192.
