Timeline - from citizenship to OCI

Not fully relevant to this board -spans this and the "citizenship" board. But might be useful to people. This is based on my wife's application
Timelines
12 July - eligible after 1 year of ILR
24 July - ncs appt, submitted citizenship app (could not apply for an NCS appt till after the 12th and it took 10 days to get the appt)
4 sep - email confirmation that decision will be conveyed shortly
6 sep - received letter confirming approval
9 sep - oath ceremony booked
12 sep - oath and naturalization
25 sep - passport appt booked after receiving letter 
4oct - passport appt
? Oct - passport received
15 oct - India passport surrendered 
21 oct - surrender certificate received
19 nov - oci app done at high commission (no reason for this delay, it could be done within a week)
17 dec - oci received at London
