Appeal deadline

I have received refusal letter on 06 December by post though letter dated 03 December.I have 10 working days to lodge the appeal. I think I have to submit my appeal by 19 December but my Lawyer (Immigration Advisor OISC Level-3) told me that 20 December 2013. Can anyone please help me with exact date on this as I really confused.

@ Dhirasrom78, what date did HO put as date of assume delivery? They will put a separate date apart from the date the letter was printed.

Thank you for your kind advice and support, have lodged the appeal today. I don't know why lawyer wanted to do it last day may be last minutes


I think its better to stick with 19th Dec.
