Spouse visa statement worry!! Plus financial req

Post by Nimesh1 » Wed Dec 18, 2013 12:03 am

Hi Ive sent all the documents as per required mentioned in UKBA requirement for my wife to submit in 2 days time. My biggest worry is until february this year I had overdrafts of around -£1600 as submitted bank statements from Nov 2012 to Nov 2013. But since Feb I cleared up all my overdrafts and started to earn more and started saving more and now when I apllied had a healthy balance of +£5000. So will this overdraft history affect my wife's application.
Also applied under cat B. I been working in my 1st job for almost 5yeArs. But as I just meet 15500 from it I started doing 2nd job for now almost 7months where I earn 4000 annual. So my basic annual will be 19500. Combining 7months payslip from 2nd job and 12months payslip from 1st job sums up to 20200 (inc. overtime). I hope this calculations will be accepted as per the category applied i.e. cat B.
And I hAve sent employment letter from 1st job explaining annual income, length of employment, permanent contract. but I havent sent contract letter, so is contract letter compulsory.
Whereas from 2nd job when I asked for an employment letter I got exactly a similar letter as contract letter addressed to me rather than TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN where it mentions my commencement date, annual income, permanent contract and pretty much looks like contract letter but with date changed on it i.e. 28th november and company stamped. So will this be an issue for rejection?
I am in total dilemma if this 2things will be a major disaster to all my hardworks i.e overdraft history and regarding employment contract & letter.
Could someone please clearify me if this would be considered or will be a rejection cause.
Thankyou.
Will much appreciate ur suggestion. :?

They do not pay much attention to your savings or overdrafts as long as you are meeting the most essential requirement ( ie earning over 18600 )
