Penalty Notice from school

Hi
I have received Penalty Notice from school for my children not attending school for 3 days when they went abroad on holidays,

we have disputed this with school as we took children on holidays after taking authorization for class teacher but for some reason school had imposed this we are requesting school to withdraw it,

will I need to declare this penalty notice(which we don't deserve it) in our naturalization application form?
