Query with approval letter

Hello Friends,

I have Applied for Entrepreneur Visa. UKBA has sent me 2 decision letters within week period first letter saying rejected and in 4 days timeline i received another letter saying my case is approved and my Bio Metric card would be posted.

I am confused with the 2 decision letters. I am going to ring UKBA tomorrow but mean time I want to ask forum members if any of you had similar experience, any information anyone could provide me would be greatly appreciated

hi

i will say wait 2 to 3 weeks and see might b u r lucky u will get BRP by DX. Because it will alert them if they had make mistake if u ring them but if u wont they will send you ur BRP

Hi Adi,

Thank You for your prompt response.

I have got letter on 4th Dec stating that Visa has been refused and on 6th of Dec Bank inquiry has been done BY UKBA.
And I received a letter stating Visa has been approved on 9th December. And it said they would be sending my BMC within 7 working days. And I have received both letters on 18th Dec. Also i have observed both letters have been signed by same case worker.

I was planning to call UKBA tomorrow but as advised I will wait for BMC.

Hi with ur refusal letter what is the refusal reason written and have HO sent the appeal documents along with it or not?

Hi Khan - The refusal reason has been given as my bank inquiry has not been done along with forms.

Hi.
I will say wait for 2 or 3 days if you get your passport n BRP card then hood enough otherwise contact home office and start process for appeal and you have 10 days to appeal the decision. By the way the reference number on both letter are same or different ?

I guess you must have appeal against the decision as you received the refusal letter on 4th December right ?

I have received my passport and all other documents.
The reference number is same on both the letters. I haven't appealed yet as i have received both the letters on 18 th Dec.

It is self explanatory, why are you stressing and making things worse.
Firstly, on December 4 when the case worker refused they probably did not get the verification result and once the refusal letter dispatched they must have received the verification report and subsequently approved the case.

Take it is a god sent Christmas Present as you will never find a case worker like that, maybe the Christmas spirit is working :lol: :lol: :lol:

When you get your BRP you can see the date approved and if it is after the Refusal Date then the later will take precedence, Simple.

Enjoy your Visa and also Christmas.
