Please need advice about Tier 4 level 7 completation

Hi, i have entered to UK September 2006 as student on CAT course, which expired on april 2007. but from sept 2006 to march 2007 i did english language course and from april 2007 to april 2009 i have attended on diploma course(Level 5). then from september 2009 to september 2012, i have done my under graduation course( Level 6). Now i am doing MBA from jan 2013 and will finish jan 2015. my visa will expire on end of april 2015. I will have still 14 months left to make 10 years after this visa expiration. I have ACCA first 5 papers exemption from my under graduation and i have already claimed them from ACCA board and still paying the yearly fee, do you think i could do ACCA rest of the papers after my MBA completion. I would finish my 5 years cap after 2015 jan and also PHD course is expensive with 20 hours work permit. I would really appreciate you, if you could provide me any supportive advise, to think in advance.

As far as I know up to F9 you are on level 6 but when you include P papers it becomes level 7.If you still got remaining time of level 7 as you know now its five years I think there would not be a problem to obtain visa on level seven from F6 to P2.These papers covers two semesters and home office gives extra three to four months extra which could help you complete your ten years time. This is just my point of view not legal advice.
