Tier 4 Appeal What next

Please i need a bit of clarification regarding my tier 4 application which was refused and on which I have a pending appeal..
Reason of refusal Invalid Cas provided
Decision removal based on S47
At the appeal the section S47 removal notice was set aside as illegal while the refusal decision is yet to be decided on
My question is can i make another tier4 in country application? if the appeal is lost?
Will my documents be returned to me?(travel and academic documents are currently been held as the initial refusal letter states am subject to removal) while the tribunal has set this aside can i apply to another school in the uk or a separate immigration category? Or do I have to leave the country to reapply.
Do i have any option for any in country application?

If your appeal is pending you can make fresh application but you need to show funds for nine months. If you carry on with present appeal there are two ways either court will dismiss or allow.while making new application you need to withdraw your appeal.
