Hi all, I have limited stay here in the UK & it runs out end Dec 2015. I am getting married next year in March. After I get married do I need to inform the immigration or make some of new application to my status here?

No. They don't need to know. As long as you are still here under the conditions of your visa, and those conditions don't change, you can carry on as normal.

If you will be marrying British national or EEA national then might have to apply in spousal categories otherwise not.
