Set (O) tier 1 and spouse cohabitation

I'm on Tier 1 visa since March 2009 and my wife is my dependant visa.......

the following question will apply on us,
me and or my wife ?
if yes what documents are required to proof cohabitation .......

If you have a spouse or civil partner listed in section 2 of this application form who is applying at the same time as you, please provide documentary evidence of cohabitation since you were last granted leave (up to a
maximum of two years). Evidence provided should cover the whole period and be in the form of official letters or documents, addressed to yourself and your spouse.

How many different type of documents are required for cohabitation proof ?

how many cohabitation proof for main applicant ?
and
how many cohabitation proof for dependant/spouse ?
