Tier4 visa applied. and after few days college rewoked

Hello friends, I made my tier4 application few weeks back and after that my college has been rewoked. I have done my biometric prints done. Received emai from HO that my application is still in process. Please advise me what to do now
1. Shall I get admition in HTS and send HO new case with covering letter to save HO fees .
Or 2. I shall wait for refusal then get admition and reapply with new fees?
Please advise. Thank you

option # 1 maybe good but first you should assess the possibility that whether your current institute can manage to restore their license.
