IS81 form issued ILR application query

Hi Guys,

My ILR application is due on 27 Jan 14.
In April 12, i went for an unpaid holiday to Paris. I got rejected to pass the boarder control at Paris train station when coming back to london. This was because I forgot to bring my biometric card. I had to stay in Paris for one more day for my wife to bring the card over. On my passport, there was a stamp saying IS81 form issued on the day.

Would this affect my application?
