Hi
I got tier 1 ( hsmp) in july2008 applied for extension in 2010 , refused by home office but approved through appeal, my passport was with home office for a whole year and visa was issued till July 2014,and I'm thinking to apply now for ILR can I apply now as I have just completed my 5 years or should I wait till time given on my visa which is July 2014. I have passed life inter uk test.
