PSW to Tier 2 General - List of documents

Hello experts,

I am planning to go for a premium service application for Tier 2 general. I hope someone can help me out with the list of documents. Is the below list sufficient?
1. Completely filled application form
2. Certificate of Sponsorship (It is just a letter from my employer, not on a decent letterhead, just a printout, with potentially ambiguous text, but has CoS number)
3. Passport
4. Biometric
5. Last 3 months salary slip
6. 2 passport-sized recent photographs
7. UK Master’s degree certificate – English language requirement

I don’t have:
1. No bank letters – as my A-rated sponsor is sponsoring me. All I have is the above mentioned CoS letter.
2. No tenancy/housing agreement.
3. No police registration certificate – not needed.

Am I missing anything?

I realised that I am not going to get any appointment before 3rd January, when my visa expires. So I have to send it by Post ASAP. Please help.

You just need to send:
Passport
UKBA card
Photographs
Degree certificate
Bank statement

You do not need to send anything else

Thank you so much golekipro. I have completed my online application, and all they asked was for the below:
1. Passport
2. Biometric card
3. 2 passport photographs
4. Degree certificate
They didnt ask for bank statement, as I have mentioned that the sponsor is ready to take care of the Maintenance of Funds.

I have to send the documents on 27th now, as the post offices will be closed for next 2 days. But I think everything will be alright now...
