visit visa rule question

my two family members arrived in UK on Sept 20 2013 on family visit visa expiring Feb 10 2014 (both).

person A went to USA on Oct 30 2013 and returns on 10Jan 2014 to UK.

person B has remained in UK.

both persons will travel back home on Feb 2, 2014.

when can they travel back to UK? (on new visa). Would person B be allowed back in in June 2014?

my question based on assumption they wil be issued fresh 6 month UK visit visa upon application in May 2014.
