Normally when a person applies for a visitor visa, he needs to show he has strong ties to his home country and that he has reasonable funds and assets there. If this was the case, it might work against him to claim dependency now.
Check the FAQ before posting!
Citizenship (adults, children, passport)
EEA (EEA FP, RC, PR, Surinder Singh)

Thank you Jambo! .But the thing is, they knew already that all the evidences he showed back home was not his Properties; they got my land document, the money sent to him, all bills am paying there everything thing was like the applicaqtion for family permit, however we applied under general visa rout All was clearly stated to them that he is only A CARETAKER for my properties i.e house and shows the money he is receiving from me and my wife monthly. Every thing was supplied to them and they still let him entered the UK .
They fully aware he is my defendant and even on the Airport they said he doest not seem to know who is coming to as his dependent.

Pleased Jambo and Obie i really solicit your help in this qucick discussion/advice

He is not in the direct up down line so I dont think there is any basis for a claim especially if he is over 21 nothing to stop him applying though

My husband's brother and sister both entered the UK on 6 month visiting visas - we didn't know about the family permit route at the time - and they were both granted 5 year resident permits. We submitted proof that they had been living with us in the UK since arriving and also proof of their financial dependency on us before they arrived in the UK. We also submitted detailed personal statements from them and from me (EEA sponsor). One was a minor at the time of the application and one was an adult. Hope this helps!
