varying tier 1 extension application to ILR

Post by sagareva » Thu Dec 26, 2013 8:59 pm

anyone has actually done this? do you need to give biometrics again when submitting a variation?

also, I have been reading caseworker instruction on dealing with variations, and there is a mention there of application date remaining original date.

but obviously application date for ILR would have to be a variation date, because on the date i originally applied for tier1 extension i would not have been eligible for ILR, so considering the new, varied application for ILR with original application date of NN months ago would make no sense
