Post by Dhina22000 » Thu Dec 26, 2013 9:08 pm

Hi,
I had been in UK from May 7 2012 till April 26 2013 as Tier 2 ICT short term staff migrant and left to India since my visa was about to expire on April 27 2013, by mean time I had got a sponsor for Tier 2 general before Leaving UK,I have stamped my Tier 2 general visa from India and came back to UK on September 1 st 2013 and now working in UK,Can any one please advise whether my previous leave in UK as as Tier 2 ICT from May 7 2012 to April 26 2013 will be taken into account for continuous period of 5 years for applying ILR ,since I came back to UK within 180 days after stamping Tier 2 General visa from India.
Thanks in Advance
