Hi all,

I have an job offer from a London's company, and after 2 months of waiting, they told me that seem like they have a problem to apply for a licence in order to issue me a COS for visa. Anyway, I would like to know is there any other route that they can get me to work with them? Is it possible to get a COS from a third party and have some certain agreement between that party and my employer? or what if I work as a freelance for the company?

Thanks a lot.

In theory you can work as a consultant for a Tier 2 sponsor that will deliver services to this company. In practice though it will be difficult to find a consultancy that will want sponsor you in such an arrangement.
