Please, how do i send in supporting doc

Hi all , Please is it alright for me to request for my sponsors passport and submit her birth certificate instead as my application is on hold due to delay in high court decision.Please can someone help me with whom to address and where to address , supporting document of my sponsor. Under Flr(M) .

You will need to contact the High Commission or embassy who have the documents. When they informed you of the application being on hold they should have provided an email or address.
