I can confirm we received your application on the 25th October at our Liverpool Office. We have currently received a large influx in applications due to the recent changes on the 28th October. Please allow a further 2 weeks for your payment to be taken.You should receive an acknowledgment letter between 4-6 weeks after we received your application. During busy periods this may even take longer.

Could you please provide the email address to ask the same question?
I have sent my application on 15th October and still nothing from them yet.

Chased them a couple of times.Firstly on chasing after 6 weeks, they asked me ''We have currently received a large influx in applications due to the recent changes on the 28th October. Please allow a further 2 weeks for your payment to be taken.''

Chasing again after 2 weeks (i.e., 23rd December),they infomed me ''I am unable to confirm receipt at this time. We have currently received a large influx in applications due to the recent changes on the 28th October. Please allow a further 3 weeks for your payment to be taken.''

I went to Brent Council yesterday and they told me that we can only help you by providing the DX tracking number. I checked its delivered on 29th October. It is very surprising that till now i didn't get any acknowledgement letter and payment is also not deducted. Not sure if anybody explain this situation!!!

If you look at shaire case, they have taken the money from his account recently.
So those who have sent their applications at the end of oct will hear soon (hopefully).
Those who submitted at the start of NOV, give it approx 3 weeks more.
Lets be positive and hope it all goes well.

Here is an update finally. Fees is debited yesterday. Hopefully there is a hint of some progress. Emailed them, i need travel in emergency, but still not satisfied. I am hoping to get away soon.

since i applied through NCS, i don't have any original documents so just naturalisation certificate.
