Replacing surname with my father name?

Hello guys...I
I have a question regarding sections 1.5 and 1.6

My surname is long and hard to pronounce. But my first name and father's name are easy.

Is it possible to add my father's name in section 1.5 of the form instead of my current surname, and add my first name only in section 1.6, then explain why I am doing this in page 15?

example:
name: Haider Kamil Al-barazanchi
name to be shown in certificate: Haider Kamil

They do not go by what name you fill out in the form. They take it from your previous passport copy that you submit. Stick to the original to avoid unwanted queries and delays.
