Tier1 general 2nd extension

Post by tier1as » Sat Jan 04, 2014 10:56 am

Hi All,

I would be grateful if you could help me with following queries.

I am going for 2nd extension on March 2014.

1.My corporation tax due date is on 30th April 2014.Is it mandatory to pay corporation tax before going for visa extension.(I have due date to pay till 30 April 2014)

2.My Tier1 visa expires on April 2014 and I am planning to go for 2nd extension on March 2014.I have to show 12 months earning .Is that OK if the earnings period to be shown as from March 2012 - Feb 2013.

3. Accountant just sent me a template for dividend vouchers and asking to create dividend voucher in my own.Should I create dividend vouchers in my company letter head ?

4.Family going to India next month, can I apply visa extension for me 1st and then apply dependent visa from India for my family ?Would there be any impact?

Please help me with my queries.

Thanks..

As per my knowledge, it won't impact any thing. But make sure before expiring their current visa you need to get renewed their visa. then it will be considered as continues visa, So there won't be any impact on their ILR application. Better to wait for experts advise.

Hi Tier1as,
My answers. I recently got my 2nd extn.
1. Corporation tax would have not impact since you still have time.
2. Payslips and Dividend vouchers should be consecutive 12 months without break.ensure that they are endorsed by your accountant with sign and seal. he should be a ACCA at least.
You can show 6 months or anything as long u show earning of 35k£ or 40k £ pounds . 12 months is just a exampleBut whatever u show should be continuous period.
3. Clear letter from accountant on the accountant letterhead to visa officer Ukba showing all details about your company and clearly indicating they r acting for u as accountant from the period ..... Date. And your share % in the company.
4. The accountant letter should show ur gross pay, net pay , gross dividend, net dividend, tax credit, in personal bank acct ( sum of net pay+net dividend). These details should be every month for the period claimed as earnings. Put this in a excel tabular format and sum it. The accountant should mention Dividend not allowed , if there is no profit. Good if u can attach the invoice sales summary month wise with sign, seal from acct. all this should type to company and personal bank statements , maintaince funds as per guidance document. remember all should be in original.
5.Suggest apply for your family along with you. You will save more money.and it is hassle free, as u r already giving all documents.. U don't have to through this again. U should get visa in 1 week for all of you. Anyway u have to apply in Person as by post takes 6 to 8 months to process.u r getting appointments easily as u paying full money in advance while booking.
Hope this helps.

Good luck
Regards
Kumar

Yes you can apply for dependant's visa from India. That way you'l save some £££s as it costs £840 for each dependant outside UK and £1159 for each dependant if applied along with main applicant inside UK.
