5 years continuous residence

Post by Leksy » Sat Jan 04, 2014 6:59 pm

Hi Senior Members/Gurus,

I need a clarification on shortfall regarding 5 years on continuous residence in the UK. I 'll fall short by 26 days on the day I 'll be applying for ILR using PEO. I applied for tier 1 in the UK, the shortfall came about because I applied too early for tier1 extension. I was hoping that since 26 days is still within the 28days specified by UKBA, I am OK to apply.

I urgently need help please.

Yes, you'll have 2 days to apply.
