Indefinite leave to remain – calculating continuous period

Hi All,

I'm currently in UK under Tier 2 ICT since Aug 2009 and hope i'm eligible for ILR this July.

Date Visa granted : 2nd April 2009
Date first Landed in UK : 9th Aug 2009

As i'm deputed in the UK due for work related reasons had to travel back to India and was working for the same company in india and was paid in Indian Currency for the below mentioned period.

Please help me if this period also will be considered for the calculating continuous period ?
