what set should I fill in

Hi guys I am currently on psw, been with my partner for two years but was working in london so we lived at different addresses but recently in december moved in together.all my letters now corresponding to his address, am I eligible for set m if not what is the best option.can I submit my recent documents plus those of old address.do I need to tell home office my past address or they interested in new address only.my visa expires in February. .I urgently need advise. Can someone tell as well who can give me the best advise like a solicitors or anyone been or heard about my situation to please help. ...thanks in advance
