Applying for ILR

Post by Raeem » Wed Jan 08, 2014 3:36 pm

I am a British Citizen, My wife came from Pakistan in February 2012 under the old rules , I am now applying for her ILR i got made redundant 1 month ago ...and my wife who is pregnant with our first child has been a carer for my grandmother and hence been getting carers allowance since she came.

With me not working will that make a difference to her ILR , i can supply all her statements and a letter for DWP stating when she started getting carers allowance ?

She passed her B1 (entry3) but not passed Life in the UK test will that make a difference ?

I got everything else ......Thank you for all helping me

Your wife is not allowed to claim carer's allowance as it's a public fund and she's subject to immigration control!
