Citizenship English Requirement

Hi,

If someone could please help me clarify question on English requirement....

- I've passed LIUK test
- I've masters degree from ICFAI university. On point based calculator I get 35 points awarded for the degree.
- On PBS, I also get 10 points for English language

For the above,
- Is the printout of the PBS calculator and original degree certificate sufficient as evidence?
or
- Do I need to get my degree certified by NARIC? and
- Also get English assessment done by NARIC?

Just to further clarify, I never had to demonstrate English requirement or degree equivalent in any of my previous visa application. Could I still submit printout of PBC as evidence for citizenship application?
