can claiming benefits affect my ILR

My husband is claiming child benefit,child tax credit(my children are both British citizen ),council tax reduction and housing benefit as he is on low income,can this affect my ILR aplication

but i think for the housing benefit they give couple the same some given to a single parents
and my husband explain clearly my situation(don't have recourse to public fund) but they ask him to put my name on the application
please can someone clarify i'm really confused
